Following is information about the speaker, Lisa Rich.

Lisa Rich, President of Excellence In Communication, Inc., is an award-winning keynote speaker and seminar leader who who motivates employees at America's best companies to achieve personal and professional success. Her corporate programs develop communication, motivation and leadership skills, enabling employees to excel in their work and communicate at a higher level.

A 14-year marketing professional with a master's in Marketing Communications and E-commerce, Lisa draws from substantial business experience, including executive consulting for $17 billion, $500 million and $100 million dollar corporations. She offers valuable ideas to help individuals achieve measurable goals and present themselves and their companies in the best possible light.

A dynamic and engaging speaker, Mrs. Rich has delivered over 350 speeches to 6,000 individuals since launching her business in 2004. She has emceed major events and in 2006 became an Official Announcer for the McDonald's Thanksgiving Parade, providing live commentary to 350,000 Chicagoans. Her business acumen, energetic presentation style, verbal acuity and sense of humor make her a popular speaker at meetings, seminars, conferences, fundraisers and special events.

Mrs. Rich has worked with Fortune 100 companies as well as small businesses and not-for-profits. She speaks to audiences large and small, ranging from as few as 10, to as many as 1,000 individuals. She draws material from her work with a wide range of industries, including: advertising, banking, education, giftware, graphic arts, home decor, insurance, office products, print production, real estate, recruitment, retail, online publishing, packaging, staffing, technology, trade show management and transportation.

Winner of numerous speaking competitions with Toastmasters International, the world's largest public speaking organization, Lisa's 2008 achievements include competing with over 40,000 entrants in three of six elimination rounds in her ongoing quest to win the prestigious "World Champion of Public Speaking" title, which only three women have won since the 215,000-member organization first began accepting women in 1973. She received the organization's "2007 Leadership Excellence" award and the Distinguished Toastmaster accreditation, which less than 2% of the organization's members ever achieve.

In addition to seminars and keynote speeches, Mrs. Rich conducts private presentation coaching for managers and executives. She honed her coaching skills mentoring employees at Children's Memorial Hospital, the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District and Loyola University Graduate School of Business. Lisa's marketing and speaking expertise enables her to help clients develop marketable content and deliver winning business pitches to high-value target customers.
